Where can I use RF8 $20.00 Rebate?

This is the small print on the Rebate form.

Man what a bunch of nonsense. A rebate is supposed to be money back, not a voucher on a future purchase, that has to be at the same seller, that can only be for certain brands.
When the average person sees "$20.00 rebate" they expect to fill out a form and get a check sent to them.
They should be more upfront and call it what they do in the fine print, a "Merchandise Certificate". Looks like they are trying to fool people into thinking they will be getting $20 back.
