This is the small print on the Rebate form.
Offer available only to legal residents of the U.S.A. and Canada and only from participating retailers in the U.S.A. and Canada. Used, auction, auction web site and scratch and dent purchases do not qualify. Items are subject to availability. Offer is good only
for as long as supplies last. Merchandise Certificate request forms are available online. To receive a Merchandise Certificate, all of the following must be sent to the address shown postmarked no later than January 31, 2018: 1) this completed request

Man what a bunch of nonsense. A rebate is supposed to be money back, not a voucher on a future purchase, that has to be at the same seller, that can only be for certain brands.
When the average person sees "$20.00 rebate" they expect to fill out a form and get a check sent to them.
They should be more upfront and call it what they do in the fine print, a "Merchandise Certificate". Looks like they are trying to fool people into thinking they will be getting $20 back.
