windows 10 interlink error

hello
new install RF9.5
update windows 10 OK
my interlink DX not recognized when i want to launch RF9.5
have you got a solution please ?

Unplug it and plug it back in after the error, then click "Retry." If that doesn't work, restart Windows.

Also, if you are using Windows on a Mac via Parallels, it's especially important to plug and unplug the controller when Windows is actually running. Parallels should take care of it cleanly, but sometimes doesn't.
