Once you have downloaded the newest version by registering and then downloading it. click on the Simulator Settings once its tried to instlal the driver and not being sucessful. Click on Controller tab. Once in there click on Controller Type and change that to USB ADAPTOR Joystick (Manual). This will fix it if you have a RadioShack Adapter thats the one i'm using. might work with others as well if you hvae luck post what adapters you are using.
