Won’t run on surface pro 9

Hey guys! Just got a new surface pro 9. Trying to run RF evo and I get this error everytime I try to load the game. I tried installing directx and deleting and reinstalling. Surface is up to date. Any input??

The computer may be too new for RF. Switch to the DirectX 11 Beta version.
