The XF-35 is a stand-off-scale F-35 hover jet. It has two modes of operation controlled using the channel 5 switch (normally low-rate). When the channel 5 switch is up the Gyros are turned on which enables the Hover Mode. When the channel 5 switch is down the gyros are turned off and the XF-35 fly's like a normal jet. I wanted a plane that could float around hovering but also fly like a normal jet so I made it dual-mode, gyros-on and gyros-off.

The plane is compatible with RF 7.5, RF 8, RF...

This is the second release of the XF-35. The first version had a minor issue where the nose gear turning radius was too small when the Channel 5 switch was in the down position (Normal Flight Mode).
