KEmax will not work without 3DS Max.

3DS Max will cost you a lot of money, which you probably cannot afford yet.
 
Correct me if I'm wrong phrank......but Isn't KEmax a Dos comand line program
and is probably why it wont "Start'' for him/her
 
oh...I thought 3dsmax was a very expensive program
and thats why folks here used wings3d or blender instead :confused:
guess most of the 3d modelers here get 3dsmax from some .....ehem :rolleyes: other source ......if it's a must for KEmax

You're refering to 3ds2kex, which is a DOS based converter.
