Hi Everyone,

I have installed Realflight 7 and updated to 7.50.011, installed my Interlink Elite controller which seems to be working ok.

then starting RealFlight 7.5 launcher, I get the following message but can never get it to detect the controller, clicking ok just returns me to the Connect your Controller message above.

and if press cancel, I get the following

can anyone help.

Thank you
Stephane

Remove any other USB connected devices, especially printers and USB drives.

The COLD BOOT your computer and try a different USB port on your computer.

If that doesn't work, plug in the Interlink and go to the Device Manager.

Make sure that the Interlink is recognized and visible in the device manager.

I have the exact same issue. No other usb devices installed. Almost new Lenovo computer. Device manager shows controller and allows testing it's input - and everything shows it working properly according to the computer's testing - but I still get the errors above. This computer only has 3 usb-c connections and I've tried all with no luck.

What else can I check.

If you have a USB HUB try connecting the InterLink controller through it.

One of the screens on the very old post also indicated that neither the software or the controller's serial numbers had been registered.
This had to be done for the controller to work with 7.5 (and for 7.5 to run).
Has yours?
It wasn't until 8, I believe, where any USB joystick could control RF.
