I had this issue you have to have a dedicated graphics card and go to your nividia control panel or whatever you have and select that you want the game to be run by your graphics card not the integrated graphics

And I never get a welcome screen when opening the game

Also I might be dumb but I don’t believe my steam version has that file I put it in the search bar after going to properties and local files of the game

It’s an i7 with a 3060 it should run it fine I also forgot to put that I have the 9.5s edition
