handing drops as AOA increases due to tip stall
Wheel brakes always on
Not enough flaps to land slowly
Not enough elevator at slow speeds.
Fixes-------------------------
* Added Elevons
* Added V-Tail style elevator rudder mix to enhance elevator at slow speeds ( this gives you the F-18 carrier launch profile also).
* Added Rudder brakes (using Rudders In)
* Throttle curve added removing throttle below < 10%
* Slats and 50% flaps mixed to elevator to prevent high AOA induced roll
* Wheel brakes on down Elevator only.
* Mixed Rudder braking on < 5% thottle
* Mixed out rudder brake induced pitch
* Mixed out flap pitch
* Much stronger 2 stage flaps
* Gyro on Ailerons to help with high alpha
* Increased strength of Tail control surfaces
* Blue Angle colored Smoke on Idle Up
Enhancements give this F-18 the widest speed range of any plane. It can fly fast and then slow down and do tight high alpha turns. Performs better than any RC Jets.
