Controls: With the 3-pos switch in the middle, the controls work exactly the same as the RF7 Harrier, but much smoother. By using the down position of the 3-pos switch you can go straight to full hover mode without touching the dial. While hovering, flip the 3-pos switch full up, and you will automatically transition smoothly to forward flight, leaving you free to concentrate on flying. Transition automatically back to hover by flipping the switch full down. Each transition takes a few seconds, giving you time to smoothly adjust the throttle, and position the aircraft as you like. The smoothest auto-transition to hover can be achieved by flipping the switch around 45 mph, about 20 ft AGL, gear extended, throttle - full down, and then inputting throttle and elevator as required.
