[84241] prop fade out graphical bug

When Propeller blades fade out and are fully replaced by the prop disk. a single blade appears very dark. once the blades are spinning fast enought to disappear the single blade also disappears. see embedded video. it seems to happen to most if not all planes.

how to recreate:
load an aircraft thet can reliably spin the prop at 200-500 rpms V-22 osprey, very large elecrtic motors, non gear reduced turboprops, gear reduced IC motors
raise and lower the rpm between 200 and 500
orbit the camera around the plane while cycling the RPM up and down

Thanks for reporting this, and with such detailed repro steps. I'm filing it in our issue tracking system and will update the thread title.

This is case 84241.

Please make sure for case 84241 to not introduce side effect with heli rotor disk. Heli rotor disk to not disapear during low RPM transition (very old issue that started to happen after RF 6.5).
Now apparently fixed with using DX11.
Easy to regression testing; 1) heli at ground with high rpm, 2) cut the engine, 3) let the main rotor decrease until stop = the discrete rotor disk must be always visible and not disapear at intermediate low rpm range which is not realistic at all

(some guys in the past suggested to enable the lights and use other blades to make them more visible - color circle displayed - not the way to go as looking very uggly).

We believe this is fixed as of version 10.00.066. Please check it out and let us know if you still see this problem.

Note that due to the nature of this bug, the fix has the potential to fix other unrelated issues that may or may not have been noticed.
