Localizations and related objects doesn't seem to be finalized. Here French locale.

Two examples:
- Menu partially localized (mixed languages)
- Button size not supporting label lenght

Thank you for reporting these. I suspect this is not new in the DX11 beta, but I will file a case and we'll figure that out.
