[84324] Keep Ground in View camera mode does not work well with ultrawide screen aspect ratio

Hello,
I'm using an ultrawide screen with a resolution of 3840x1080 (32:9 aspect ratio), and when going up, the camera doesn't follow correctly the plane, making it invisible. It happens also with directx 9, but it's better with direct x 11 but still very annoying
To reproduce it, take off go vertically until the plane disappears, the only ways to fix it is to reduce the aspect ratio to 16:9

There's another thread somewhere asking about a 21:9 aspect ratio screen that says it works. I wonder if 21:9 has the same problem.
 
I believe this is a preexisting issue (which the original post suggests with the DX11 vs. DX9 comparison), so we will probably treat it as such once we can look at it for ourselves and confirm that. I have filed case 84324 to address it and updated the thread title accordingly; for now at least we'll leave it here in the DX11 beta forum.
