Between his avatar, my avatar, and an unkown top view avatar, we have enough to make a model! (Who would be dumb enough to model my avatar?:p)

Did a little more research on those Slats on the LE, they are not designed for slow speed flight like I mentioned, they are actually designed for high AoA maneauvers, they only extend 6 inches on the full scale aircraft, and are only on the top half of the wing, to allow air to pass underneath, acting as a duct to direct air into the nacelles when the wing is blocking the airflow.
 
After all these years, I've found the only person you always have a chance of pleasing is yourself.
 
I will probably do some testing. Not sure how much I would trust it, but you never know.
 
This one is coming together fast, as usual for Boof. I have great hope we will finally get an A-10 finished. :)
