I got a copy of g5.5 and the controller and I'm having trouble getting the activation code, I'm not sure whether the servers are shut down, I have the serial numbers for controller and game all I need is the activation code so if someone could point me in the right direction that would be great

The G5 activation process is still operational. If something is interfering with the automatic activation attempts, follow the directions in the manual activation dialog that appears.
