Add on packs not downloading. Anyone know where else to get the files?

Chrome, and perhaps other browsers, block embedded older links that start with only "http" rather than "https" since they can be insecure.
Try right clicking on the link, pick "copy link address" from the pop-up menu. Paste that in your address bar. And then your download may happen. At least on mine it does, otherwise a little googling about Chrome blocking http should give you other options to try.

Been bothered I couldn't download them or find an answer as to why. Your instructions worked perfectly for me, and the add-ons are now available in my 9.5s. Thank you.
