All planes disappeared after doing a quick edit of the Sig Sinorita.

I was doing a quick edit of the Sig Sinorita and now only that plane in 3 color schemes shows up when I want to select a new airplane. Any way to resolve this other than a re-install?

Just guessing. The list of aircraft defaults to the category that includes the currently selected aircraft. If the only aircraft in your "custom models" list is the Seniorita, that's the only one you'll see. Try selecting a different category.
