So I went to the DirectX folder within RF9 and ran the install manually. I ran for a bit but keeps barfing at the same point. It says .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) could not be installed. The system could not find the file specified (whatever that is). Error code: 0x80070002
