WELL ITS BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE I WROTE YOU PEOPLE W/ NO RESPONSE. I GUESS THATS THE RESPECT A GOOD CUSTOMER SHOULD EXPECT. I MEAN WHAT THE HELL YOU ALREADY GOT MY MONEY RIGHT.WELL AS I SAID BEFORE MY CD BROKE I DID REGISTER IT AND WOULD LIKE TO KNOW HOW TO REPLACE IT W/OUT PUTTING OUT ANOTHER 250?
 
This is a peer to peer forum. You are yelling at the wrong people. If you have a problem with customer support I suggest you either email them or call them on the telephone. I have delt with them before and was on the phone less than 5 mins. Whatever your problem customer support is where you need to be.
