Cameras are Not Functional

Hello,
I have RF8 v.8.00056. I cannot change the Camera Type selections. The camera is set to "Fixed Position" and the choices are grayed out. Does anyone have any ideas as to how to get this function operational?

Cameras only work in 3d fields, for instance "Flight School", cameras do not work in photofield airports.
