Can I remove this banner atop the screen?

I got the message. I do not need to see it every time I start RFE. Is there a process for removing it? Thanks!

Certainly you can remove it.

Open a command console by pressing the tilde (~) key, and then type: showmenunotification
That toggles the message off or on.
