cant download basic

Recently received realflight basic . My PC IS WINDOWS XP . put DVD into pc and nothing happened . What is my problem . I tried all the tech. support on the internet , still no change . HELP
 
Nothing is supposed to happen.

Microsoft turned off automatic running of setup routines on DVD's and CD's with one of the updates two years ago.

This was done to prevent viruses from infecting machines.

Run the setup program manually.
 
That would be "Can't Install Basic" ....no one can download it

Except the first one you should have tried ...its in the gray KE forum toolbar above under: Support
...its good place to start next time you have an "RF" related problem (call ,don't e-mail )
