Controler unit

Just rec'd RF Basic and enjoy it. A question on the controler unit. Is the throttle side control supposed to spring back to center(nutural) like the left control?

No.......... up and down (throttle) is supposed the be stepped...feel the clicks?
left and right on the same sick (rudder)should spring to center like the other stick(Aileron/Elevator)
