downloading and installing aircraft on RF8

Hey guys, I have RF8 and want to download new ac but most all say I need a variant of a particular ac first. Is there something I am missing? Thanks JC

if your getting them from the swap pages, all it means is that that aircraft is based off of another (its and edited version) so all you have to do is get that aircraft to and all should work.

EA - Entire Aircraft. Standalone and all included.
AV - Aircraft Variant. This is just the physics file and ColorScheme. It requires the actual 3d model to be installed or included with RF before it can be loaded.
CS - ColorScheme. Just the paint. Both the 3d model and the physics file must be installed or included with RF before these can be loaded.
