I imported this plane into RF Evolution and when I spawn the plane the spray bar automatically detaches and falls on the ground. Any idea what's going on? Seems to function ok otherwise.

Try hitting different switches one at a time OR turn the knob, THEN hit "RESET". Reading the description on the biplane, it`s the knob that detaches /attaches it. I`m not sure about the low wing version. It would be nice to know what plane you have exactly, and what TX you`re using.

SAFE = B switch
Rates = C switch
Flaps = D switch
Trim tab = Knob
Sidewindow open/close = G switch
Detachable Sprayer = H switch

In Realflight 9.5S the sprayer falls off when you turn it on, or falls off right away depending on the airfield. The plane flies very sporty in RF9.5S. I also loaded it on Realflight 8 and the sprayer works. The plane flies much more sedate in RF8 as compared to RF9.5S.
