E-flite Cherokee 1_3m Red_CS

Log in to download
Hi there Technoid, I just saw your post here and I'm kinda new to using RealFlight Flight Simulator. I downloaded this red Cherokee model (E-flite Cherokee 1_3m Red_CS.RFX) and tried to import it but it seems the RF Simulator is looking for .FBX or KEX file types. Can you please let me know if what I'm missing here? I guess I should have probably started my reading the freakin' manual, right? But here I am asking for assistance :)

There are three types of files you can download.

1. EA - Entire Aircraft.
2. AV - Aircraft Variant.
3. CS - Color Scheme.

Like it says, an EA is the entire aircraft and you have to import it before you can import an AV or CS. So look at the bottom of the page where you downloaded the Red CS and you will see an area that says "This color scheme requires". There's a link below it that goes to the page the EA is on, download the EA from there and import it. Then you can import the color scheme.

There's been a few EA file types over the years, but just download the EA from the swap page.
