I am with 12oclockhigh. If you want to learn to pilot real RF models, leave the physics to "Realistic". Anything else and you will have fun, but what you learn will not translate to the real world.
The "Beginner" SAFE model of Blade 230s V2 is something else. With a realistic physics model, it will automatically level the heli so that the heli stabilizes in the air when you no longer control it. It will also limit how much you can bank the heli.
The Blade 230s V2 flight mode is controlled by Channel 8. You can switch that either via keyboard (I believe "I" or "O" key), or you can configure the controller ("Setup controller") to bind a button to that channel. This is non trivial because the detection capabilities in "Setup controller" / Edit are limited. In short, when you toggle the mode switch on DXe multiple channels get acted on (5th "GEAR" channel as well as the throttle channel), and RF9 gets confused and does not recognize correctly which channel it should use. There must be a DXe programming workaround, but it won't be trivial.
