Futaba Transmiter issue

I have two transmiter and Real flight deluxe only works with one:
it works with Futaba Skyport 6
it does not work with Futaba FP-T7UHP Super PCM1024

Why?

I have been flying my helis and having fun :) ... now I want to use the configuration of my own radio.
After I choose "Use my own radio" instead of the software radio I have problems: the heli is not working, I add trottle and the engine starts but without power and the engine is heard strange (pitch incorrect)?

Do I am doing something wrong with the servo directions?
Do I need to change the pitch curve?
Problems with switches?

Help me
 
I suggest callibrating your controller, and also make sure you have the latest verion of the product, as it could be a bug in that particular version that affects 6-channel radios.
