Glider Launch

I'm sure I've overlooked something obvious but I can't see how to launch a glider as if it were on a winch or bungee.

Any clues?

In the ones I have done, I simply install a small motor with the sound profile set to none. Then a very small fuel tank that causes the motor to run for the desired length (Around 5 seconds) wide open. Then the engine runs out of fuel. If you set all of the weight factors to nill, you won't even now its there.

i did this with the mistral (its in the old swap pages of g3.5)

Hey, I sincerely hope that competition improves the competitors.

Because one of the competitors has a really good simulation of bungee launch and winch launch. They've also got a fair simulation of thermal lift.

Any insider info about when our favorite RC flight sim will have those things?
