Help Installing G2-Nexstar Edition

I get this error when launching

then it closes. Tech support button freezes game(req's ctrl,alt,del.)

I'm running a AMD Athalon 64x2 Dual Core 5000+
2 Gigs
Nvidia 7950 GT OC

Please Help....


oh... updating is unsucsessful as well, "server unavailable!" ??

Have you tried turning off Norton Internet Security FIRST?
