How do I turn on aerobatic smoke?

Always with one of switches. There`s a possibility that your plane doesn`t have it. If that`s the case, you`ll have to add it in the editor.

The one I was messing with is; PAU 36% Edge 540 (InterLink DX). I tried to add smoke in the editor after watching a YouTube video but no luck.
I had smoke on a plane earlier but not sure how I got it. I think it was one of the Extras. Similar airframe if not. I tried all the switches can’t get smoke. Is there a list of which planes have smoke via a switch on the interlink?

When you "add" smoke to a plane, you must assign a channel to it in the editor.

You then must assign a switch input (Add Simple Input) to the channel you create. Then you need to create a smoke servo and link it to that channel. Last you set your smoke servo as the servo to use under the smoke entry in the editor.

The stock PAU 36% Edge 540, smoke is on receiver channel 7 for that model, (usually the retracts switch) on other models.
