How to confiugre TX12 (openTx 2.3.11)

Do a search here, using the various alternative terms for the OpenTX world. "Taranis", "OpenTX", "Edge", "RadioMaster", "TX16" etc.
Lots out there, some by me a while ago. They all work the same way.
Also look for posts by flightengr - he does an excellent job.
If you have a fair grasp of OpenTX (how Inputs/Mixers/Outputs interrelate0, it's pretty straight forward.
If you want to go wireless, The Spektrum or Frsky USB dongles probably will work with the radio's MPM. But that limits you to only 8 channels. With a cord, I've gotten up to 24 channels, to control lots of things in the sim that aren't directly related to the aircraft.
After that, it can get interesting on how to configure the controller in RF, and how it works with the software radio in the specific model. But no harder/different than doing the same with other brands (Spektrum, etc).
For many, in the end it is just easier to buy the dedicated Interlink.....which is what I use 99% of the time
