How to share recordings to other people?

Hello hello
I broke my ankle so I am not allowed to go flying. Its been wonderful to fly RF!!
I have recorded my training f3a schedules and I would like to share them with my piloting peers. I know where to find my recordings.
How is the best way to share with observers that are not RealFlight users?
The person receiving the recording: what program or what is needed to play the recording?
Hope you can give me pointers

RealFlight recordings are not video recordings. They are a proprietary format that includes user input and vehicle telemetry-type data. They can only be played back within RealFlight.

If you want to share a video recording, there are a number of products that will allow you to capture your screen output. I suggest starting with the Xbox Game Bar that is built into Windows and therefore free. I have used it some with good results.
