KEError 21051 : Unknown Product Code

Hello
When I click on the RеаlFlight 7.5 Lаunсhеr, the RealFlight 7.5 Lаunсhеr does not appear but I have this message that appears : KEError 21051 : Unknown Product Code !
I tried to execute it as administrator, go into the program, but same thing
Until now it was working well, and i'm always with Windows seven

Oops sorry wrong error code disregard most likely.

Most likely you will have to call/contact tech support to resolve this error. Look at the second gray bar at the top of each thread.. they will take care of you.

I sent an email to the Tech Support and they gave me a procedure to follow.

Maybe stedemar will be so kind & share that procedure with us?)
I can't start launcher as well. Same error. Need to run it to reset all to default since any challenge start shuts down the entire simulator(((
