KEError 24003, 24015, 21017

I bough RF6.5 from other
everything is okay, I can played well. but problem is I can't download to 7.5.
when I tried, I can see that error message (Keerror 24003 and 24015, 21017)

please advise me, what's the matter? who can I solve this problem?

You can solve the problem by purchasing the 7.5 upgrade. It's not a free update from. 6.5 to 7.5 only updates within the same version are free.

Once You obtain the Realflight 7.5 Upgrade Disc, you should run the setup as the Administrator on your computer. It works better that way
