Lost knife edge swap page downloads

After an automatic windows 10 upgrade, all my custom aircraft downloads are missing from my "select aircraft" list in real flight 9. I have been too lazy to remove RF8 and I see that the same problem exists there.
Can anyone help getting them back? It will be a pain downloading them all again and making the adjustments to get them flying properly.
What a great thing the swap page is. Thanks to all who contribute their designs for those like me who don't have a clue about computers.

I really wish I had a suggestion - my comment is if you can recover them make a back up disk or after you reload them (which would be pain) make a back up disk. You probably have already figured this out.

If you can backup to before the update. In Settings - Update & Security - Recovery there is an option to go back to a version of Windows before your update unless you disabled that.
