Mail sent to RF support

Hi

Now I have written an email to rfsupport@greatplanes.com and described my upgrading problems to them as detailed as I could. I got a mail back from someone namer Mumbanga Changa and in that mail it stood this:

To be able to re-set the product registration for you so you can re-register
your copy of RealFlight, please provide the following information:

1. The serial number for your copy of RealFlight (this is located on the jewel
case your RealFlight CD ROM came in. )XXXXXXXX-G?-XXXXXXXXXX


I can´t find any jewel case, I got my RF6,5 in a plastic CD envelope and my serial number has R6 in the middle of the row with numbers and not a "G?". Where do I find the right serial numer of RF6,5?

I deleted the attachment you posted. Please don't post your serial number publicly.

That looks like exactly the information they need if you're dealing with RealFlight 6.

Ok, sorry.

I have got help now from RF support and now I have RF6.50 but how do I get RF7.28?
 
6.50.016 is the last free update available for RealFlight 6 users.

RealFlight 7 is not available as an online update. If you want it, as csgill75 said, you must purchase the upgrade. You could purchase the full version of the product and get either a new InterLink Elite or a new RealFlight Interface, but the software-only upgrade is much less expensive.
