moving RF7 to my new computer

I'm getting a new computer which will have a Windows 8.1 Home Premium 64bit system. My current computer runs Vista Home Premium 64 bit. I bought the full Real Flight 3.5 ,and have been using the upgrade packages to get to RF 7.

I assume that I will have to reinstall the full RF 3.5 on my new computer and then at least the RF 5.5 and RF 7 upgrades .

Will I encounter any problems? I understand that MS has stopped supporting Windows XP on which RF 3.5 was based. Does Windows 8.1 still support RF 3.5 and all the upgrades I will need to install to get to RF7 configuration?

That's correct. You only need to install the latest version of the program. I have 4, 5, and 6 on my computer, and both v5 and v6 are upgrades. You do not need to install the older version for the upgrade; just enter the serial number from the box, enter your Internlink serial number, and it will work.
