new planes G4

ok i admit that i am new to this sim stuff but i went to the swap page and found a file for a telemaster 40. i saved the file ok, but then when i tried to import it into G4 text popped onto the sim screen saying that i did not have the plane needed to use the file. It says it is based on nextstar which i do have in G4. Can anyone tell me what i am doing wrong?

It's possible that variant was made off of a new custom EA that was based off of the nextstar, but the stock nexstar, that you have, is not the base model for the variant you downloaded.
