Part of the heli frame (canopy) does not fly with the model.

Hi,
I've seen it before, with some models, in this case, the Sab Goblin 700 and 770, a part of the heli stays on the tarmac while the heli flies away.
Is it related to the model or more to the graphics settings or missing graphics card ?.

I can live with it as it's about heli training but it does not look great. Any solution ?

Try flipping some switches one at a time each time before you "reset", it has a canopy release on it.

Assuming that the model is the Gronimod Sab Goblin 700 that you are having the canopy issue with.
If you are using the DX controller switch "D" operates the canopy release. (Flaps switch)
Using the "X" or Elite controllers then the Rotary Knob releases the canopy.

Thanks !!. Yes, I disabled the flaps and this fixed it.
Canopy release button, of course... ejection seat idea ?.
