I've been informed that the Great Planes Software Support team is already starting to feel the seasonal crunch. Please be patient if you are trying to get in touch with them regarding a RealFlight issue. They may not be able to respond immediately to emails and you may experience a longer than usual hold time if you call in.
I understand that additional staff has been brought in to assist and that this is a temporary problem, but really it is probably a good idea to expect a somewhat slower response than normal throughout the month of December. The call volumes at these times are much, much higher than the rest of the year.
