I have this error when trying to install Realflight9:
KEError 16003 : Error obtaining system information

I used the site search engine to search for the error message. I found 3 pretty old threads. You might want to take a look at those.

I do hope that you understand that this forum is not closely monitored by Knife Edge. Yes, they appear occasionally to correct things and look for problems reported by the members here. You can get telephone support from horizon hobby. That may be what you need to do for this problem. Sorry that I did not add that to my previous answer.
