Problem installing the upgrade

I got RealFlight G2 Lite and installed it just fine...works great....i got the Upgrade CD and tried installing it...but it comes back with an error saying it cant find the original installation. I then Uninstalled everything (low disk space) and am now trying to install it to another drive but I cant install anything at all. It comes back with an error:

KESetup3
Setup detected that RealFlight G2 regular version is already installed on this computer. You must uninstall this version (including serial numbers) before installing RealFlight G2 Lite
OK

I need some help...

Solution was found after calling Support.

I needed to delete the file GPSN3.* located in the WINDOWS\SYSTEM32 folder.
