If you get adventurous, try these out, they're soo much more fun, and you'll learn heaps about control.
The Kestral and the Tribute are 3D planes, both designed for slow flight, in fact if your good enough, you can stop them and even back up.
Both are much too easy to fly, but they do help you "train your brain" to react the right way when you get into trouble.
As for the Easystar, well that's just a nice plane to start with if you need to develop some basic skills (sorry, I don't know what level you're at).

There are literally hundreds of models to download from the "Swap Pages", and they're all free (and some are even good)
