Realism or ?

I was flying the Timber X, practicing my inverted flat spins.
I burned up about 3/4 of the battery, and the vertical stabilizer decided to part ways with the rest of the plane.
Does this depict an actual structure failure?
I landed and almost beat the vertical stab to the ground.

RealFlight is a simulator designed to run on a low cost laptop I wouldn't expect it to simulate every detail of a real life plane.

It is only a rough approximation. Besides the general settings for in-flight failures that can be set, the details of how strong a component is can be adjusted for each part of a model. But, overall, while it is an indicator that a particular maneuver is really high stress, it is not a predictor of whether or not the real plane will fail. But I do "clench up" when flying for real and doing things that cause a breakup in RF.
