Man that is quick Ben,and looks good, i'll try and help where i can. Thanks Dougcrashed again said:Doug,
This represents one hour design time, and as far as i am willing to take this project without commitment from a FLOAT FLYER (i am not, yet.....) willing to do the physics.
As for color, you will only need to paint inside the lines, i make maps that look like a coloring book.
P.M. me and let me know.

Not quick, but not bad.doug schluter said:Man that is quick Ben,and looks good, i'll try and help where i can. Thanks Doug
Well i'm thinking about 96in or 105 some place in that size ,I helped my Brother inlaw to setup his 96in Beaver on floats and it flew and looked just like the real beaver so that would be a good size .I can't seem to play the Norseman flight vid guess i don't have the correct player for it.crashed again said:Not quick, but not bad.
Check this out...
and how big should this plane be?

I'm impressed at how you can crank this out looking very good i don't know if i would have the patients to learn 3D modeling, like i say if i can help out i'll try, heres the AV i've been working on i added flaps did some changes weight ect.to fly some what like the 96in Unionville beaver i setup and flew for my brother inlaw it had flaps so i put those in just to test, anyway see what you think of it,not perfect but not bad. thanks Dougcrashed again said:Here is the progress for the seccond hour.
should have basic flight version tomorrow.

Starting to shape up very nice, heres the AV with a few more tweaks and the OS FR5-300 radial getting real close now i think, just like the Beaver it balloons just a bit at full throttle and drops a wing at the end of its flight envelope have a try 2 AVs see which one is better.thanks I think the 2nd one is better mind you most of my planes are almost tail heavy as this is but very controlable even the struts whistle like the Beavers does . Dougcrashed again said:This incorperates the edit's Doug made, along with "physical" flaps, and some basic "color" applied. Alittle work to pretty up the wingtips...

So it looks like i just need to add some material values to the parts, to give them the correct "shine". Hope ya like it.doug schluter said:Starting to shape up very nice, heres the AV with a few more tweaks and the OS FR5-300 radial getting real close now i think, just like the Beaver it balloons just a bit at full throttle and drops a wing at the end of its flight envelope have a try 2 AVs see which one is better.thanks I think the 2nd one is better mind you most of my planes are almost tail heavy as this is but very controlable even the struts whistle like the Beavers does . Great 3-view pix. I might recommend at least one (1) reference dimension so the designers have something to scale the pix with. Hope someone takes this job on.3-DMan said:Can someone please make QQ's Europhia?
Great floater CA!!!crashed again said:Doug's excelent physics make this plane what it is.
ready on the swaps.
