RF 5.5 Aircraft Editor Data saving to file.

Is there any way to save the RF 5.5 Aircraft Editor Parameters and Values to file?

I meant saving to the text file using WordPad or Notepad for future references.

Yes, the .rfvehicle and all of the editor files are merely text files.

Just make a copy of the file you want elsewhere and edit away.

I suggest making Wordpad the editor for the .rfvehicle suffix file type.

Hint:

What distinguishes WHICH plane the editor parameters are applied to can be found in the [MAIN] heading/section.

You may want to save an existing edit to a new file name, then compare the two [MAIN] section to see how things work.

Likewise compare that against a different model and you'll understand what is going on.

This is QUITE handy when you want to replicate the physics settings of one plane onto another.
