RF Evolution don´t start

Hello,
i boght the full Version on Steam, but RF EVO didn´t start. I got a error Mssage " Error loading DLL Ultralightcore.dll " On my Sytem under Steam run´s RF Trainer Edition and a upgradet Full Vesion of RF 9 to RF95S very well. I re installed the Software over Steam, but noch change. Sytem is W11 8BG RAM I7 Geforce GTX Grafics.
Has anyone an Idea?
I would be grateful for every idea

Thanks for reporting this - we'll look into it and try to solve the problem quickly. It appears you are running Windows in German. Is that correct?

Edit: I see you have already tried to reinstall - removing that request and instructions.

Could you please use these steps to check something:

1. Press the Start button
2. Click the gear icon to open settings
3. Click apps
4. Scroll down to see if something like this appears:
   
   It may also read 2015-2019.
5. If it does not, please try installing this package from Microsoft: https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.x64.exe

This file should have been installed by Steam, but if it failed, it could cause the error you are seeing.
