SOLVED... I'll leave post in case someone comes across same issue.

Error: "VR has been disabled due to a problem with your system configuration. Realflight and your VR system are attempting to use different graphic adapters."

Issue: RealFlight worked fine with Oculus 2 and other Windows Mixed Reality, Rift etc. Now Trying to connect with MetaQuest3. I connected via USB cable in Rift I see option to run RealFlight 9.5 from inside Rift from the Goggles. It says starting and then it crashes with error: VR has been disabled due to a problem with your system configuration. Realflight and your VR system are attempting to use different graphic adapters. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I updated graphics card drivers. Running GeForce Experience in the background. Asus Zenbook Core i9 with NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080. Attached DxDiag.txt. Many thanks.

Solution: in NVIDIA Control Panel, Customized settings for realflight.exe program to use High-performance NVIDIA Processor instead of universal or global settings..
