RF9 Launch Failure

I just received my RF9 with Spektrum DX yesterday. I had to install from the site download due to not having an optical drive. Install and version update went fine. Serial number input and registration, same thing. Upon initial boot it says "unknown error, would you like to send a report to Knife Edge?" No activation key showed up or anything. I have uninstalled several times. Any ideas?

Apparently there was an audio file that was rejected by my antivirus during the initial install. All is good now. Guess I should read instructions...ugh.
